Product parameters and application

There are several design flaws:

  • each MOSFET in a parallel configuration should have its own gate resistor
  • using 2 MOSFETs does not mean that the maximum current is doubled
  • the module lacks an external flyback diode to protect the MOSFETs

My conclusion: I do not advise to use this module! Search for something better, or make one yourself.
